45/52 Bird a week challenge - Quality time with friends

This week, I've gone back to aluminum for my bird a week and created a color anodized aluminum bangle.  In fact, there are 133 birds in my challenge this week.  They all decided to gather and just spend some time together. They are not really doing anything particular.... just hanging out together, chatting and laughing......

Sweet little birdies perched on the wires. Everyone has their little space, no one crowds the other and they chat to their neighbors or sometimes just sit in silence.

It seems a very pleasant way to spend the afternoon...don't you think?  Quality time with friends.

I hope you've had some quality time with friends this week.

OMG, sistah wife. Our twinness is back! Just last week I was working on a 'show stopper' piece for the One of a Kind Show....'Bird(s) on a Wire'....which was, you guessed it, a wide vignette with birds in various poses sitting on a 'hydro' wire. I lost the ooomph half way through, cause it wasn't working as I wanted and I needed the birds for other vignettes, but toooooo weird! This one looks lovely. The shape of the cuff looks a bit different? Love everything about it.

Hey Ruth! I haven't stopped by in a while. But what a treat to come back and see this cool bracelet. I love the design with all of these birds on wires. Clever silhouettes. And congratulations to your parents. Could they really have planned for their 50th wedding anniversary when they got married at 11 a.m. on November 11?
