It's been a while since I embedded a little YouTube video and I just came across this one about the Lyre bird. My pet parrot Harold got quite excited listening to it - hope you enjoy it too. I love the "camera shutter" part... And all these sounds, to attract a female! I hope she appreciated it.

The people who did the video said they did it for publicity to find homes for all the kittens. The "love taps" are gentle and don't hurt the kittens!

(and for those of you who know how much I love patting cats on the head - you'll appreciate why this appeals to me so much!)
