Wherever you live...

I got some older pieces back today. They had gone to a gallery a couple of months ago and some had sold and the rest were going to be put on sale - so I decided to take them back and try and sell them on my own sites instead. It seemed there were a few house pieces.....so I've re-photographed them and will put them up on my websites.

The Street where I live:

Stay at home:

Cobblestone Hill:

I used to do a lot of houses and architectural types of pieces. I enjoyed doing them a lot and still do.... like Miriam's castle more recently:

Do you think my style has changed???

On Etsy Front Page last week

One of my pair of earrings was on the front page of Etsy last week. It's great exposure. It is the little row of house earrings, entitled "the street where I live".
Here's the treasury that it appeared in - lots of lovely houses!:

And now my cities......

Well, to finish off the cities theme that just seemed to come about.....here are a couple of my "city" pieces. Silver cities.

The first piece is a necklace called "Cobblestone Hill". My husband always thought it looked like Edinburgh. I can just imagine people puffing their way up that hill, carrying their groceries home!

The second piece is a pair of earrings called "The street where I live". This, to me, is more of a mystical city. I see it as a fairytale city, with odd little characters living in each house or tower....and each character has their own little story too - all stories with happy ending :-D

So which house do you think you live in and what would your fairytale story be about?
